Training

Alternative Pathways combine almost 30 years of working in education and youth work to offer an extensive package of training and support to professionals that work with children and young people. We specialise in supporting professionals that work with young people at risk of school exclusion or vulnerable to exploitation. We can also include bespoke training that is tailored to the needs of your organisation.

Ensuring that staff remain knowledgeable and aware of safeguarding trends is crucial for any setting. We offer training that not only covers the requirements set out in Keeping Children Safe in Education but can be tailored to your own setting and its cohort.
