ALTERNATIVE PATHWAYS EDUCATION

Trauma Informed Education In Bristol

Alternative Pathways is an exciting new trauma informed part-time alternative learning provision, created and led by two experienced senior school leaders with a track record of achieving success for children and young people that have struggled to successfully access mainstream education. Our personalised approach to learning empowers young people and motivates them to succeed, with all of our work based on the principle that safe and trusting relationships sit at the heart of engagement.

Tutoring

Our tutoring is unique and personalised to each individual. It is based on the principles of safety, bravery, inclusivity and relationships.

Mentoring

We partner with Exar Wellbeing to provide therapeutic mentoring, which ensures our mentoring takes a holistic, child-centred approach.

Training

Our expert training offer includes trauma-informed practice, contextual safeguarding and attachment styles in the classroom.
